Changing Our Political System
(COPS)

It is very important that our Civil Rights are kept on the books but they should not have to be renewed.

Refer to our Table of Contents to quickly view a specific law or proposal.

* Note We have a Petition going on right now. Please Sign our Petition (VRA)
We really need your support in being equal in our voting and our civil courts.
Our rights need to be renewed every 25 years. Thank you for your support.

Special Reports

Federal and State issues we
are working on this year:

A. Voting Rights Act
B. Social Security Reform
C. Three-Fifths Human (3/5)
D. First National Boycott

* Note - The Voting Rights Act (VRA) and our equal rights in our civil courts renewal issues, need to be removed from our American Constitution.

Remember we all are equal in the eyes of the law and our American Constitution.

Goals

There are a total of 27 different laws that need to be addressed.

We will need your time, concern, and support on the proposals we are addressing. The Voting Rights Act ( VRA ) and our SSI Reform.

Please tell your friends, the media, and any organization to help us get this done.

We have different lists of laws that need to be addressed.

Remember, Congress made several rules to stay in power, which makes laws almost impossible to reverse. In order to change a law without congresses approval, the people need three fourths of all the voters to vote on that one law. Congress knew that getting the voters together on one issue will never be. That is almost an impossible task.

Below is the information on each proposal that we want to pursue. Each proposal is presented as an individual issue.

Our Complete List of Laws to Pursue...

#1. Eliminate the Electoral College Voting System.

Our vote of the office of President does not count. It is basically a survey for congress to see who the people want. Congress will elect who they want no matter what the people want or how they feel. An Electoral College vote is cast by our Senate and House of Representatives. It is the process by which the people of the United States selects the President.

#2. Police Killings needs to be stopped.

Police officers are human beings who want to go home and live a peaceful life after a long day at work. This is what everyone wants after a long day at work. Most police officers are good people with good intentions. Just like the average citizen. We need the police to do their job and not worry about being sued by some rebellious person.

#3. Limited terms of office for Congress and our Supreme and Circuit Court Justices.

Every politician from the President down to the City Councilman across our great nation can only run for 2 terms of office. The exceptions are for our State and Federal congresses and our Supreme and Circuit Court Justices - They can stay in office for a lifetime.

#4. Review Old Laws

All of the laws that are older than 50 years need to be reviewed. Any racist, Jim Crow, or totally out dated laws need to be removed from the law books. This needs to be done in every city, county and state across the nation, as well as the laws in our federal government. There needs to be a committee appointed in each location mentioned in order to accomplish this goal. If martial law is put in to effect at any time I would like to have these old laws removed by then.

#5. White Collar Crimes

We need stronger punishment for all local, state and federal white-collar crimes. We need stronger punishment for all white-collar crimes.  It doesn't matter if you are in congress or Executive Officer of a Corporation (ECO). A politician in any city, county or state cannot override the people's vote on any issue. It is a crime and yet, it is still being done.

#6. Flat Tax

We need a flat tax when it comes to paying our federal taxes and change the Tax procedure so it benefits everyone equally.

#7. Taxing Retirement

No taxing any retirement under $3,000 per month. This also includes social security. This does not apply to the income that a retired individual gets who has a job, be it part time or full time job.

#8. No Taxing Inheritance monies or any inheritance properties.

No taxing inheritance monies or any inheritance properties. The people whom have passed and had left money or properties have paid taxes and interest on everything they have all of their life. Therefore, the government and the investors have obtained their money. If inheritance is a gift, it should not be taxed. In some states, they take up to 50% in taxes, on inheritance.

#9. Social Security

We need an age limit for full benefits to be dropped to the age of 62 which would help replenish the depleted funds

#10. No taxing any retirement under $3,000/ month.

This also includes social security. This does not apply to the income that individuals get who have a job, be it part time or full time.

No taxing social security income. The government has already claimed their interest off of the money that you and I have paid into social security throughout the years of our employment.

#11. Bailing Out Corporations

No more bailing out major companies. Free enterprise is about companies making it or breaking it through their management system. If a corporation cannot manage their business, then they should go out business and their assets should be taken away to pay their bills. Yes, it will create turmoil for a while but there is no one to blame but their management team.

#12. Congress Medical

Congress medical should not be paid by the people. I was told that the Congress Retirement Plan gave them full retirement with a large amount of money for the rest of their lives. This is wrong, their retirement is basically like any other union contract.

#13. Freeze pay for Federally elected Officials that will last for at least eight years.

All Federally elected Officials need to have a pay freeze for at least 8 years. This is due to the greediness of Congress. For example, when we had our last depression, which Congress calls a recession, Congress gave themselves a raise! Then the last time they wanted another raise, Obama finally had the strength to stand up to them and tell them they cannot have another raise.

# 14. Federal Voting System

All Federal voting, referring to Presidents, Congressmen and any other voting that is referred to all voting procedures should be uniformed or similar across the nation.

#15. Rescuing Explorers and Causing Accidents

If you should get lost or in any trouble due to carelessness, while you are hiking, camping or during any sport on federal land, you should pay for the rescue or assistance that comes to your aid.

#16. Feeding the Hungry

We need to feed the poor with food from restaurants, army mess halls, banquets, and any other major location with an abundance of extra food that is considered as 'left over'.

#17. Three Strikes for Employers

I believe that main problem for illegal aliens coming from south and Central America is the fact that they know they can get a job. We have several companies mainly in the South West part of our nation where the managers are Latino or Hispanic. A lot of the time these managers of fast food places, restaurants and department stores hire their own race.

City, County and State Issues

#1. Any city, county or state cannot override the peoples vote on any issue.

The people have lost their confidence in our committees that are being ran by our city, county or state. For example, even if the voters say no in three different voting times on the same issue, the committees still do what they want even if it is against what the people said.

#2. Flat Tax

We need a flat tax when it comes to paying our federal taxes and change the Tax procedure so it benefits everyone equally. To make this transaction the people who do taxes should be offered schooling of their choice paid for by the government. If they paid a 10% flat tax, our government would receive several hundred million dollars or more a year, just from this one company (now, times that by all the major companies in the nation). We would not have national debt within 5 years after getting the flat tax law passed. When you include taxing the regular employee the same amount, it would bring about less confusion when the individual pays their taxes. We are in a deep hole financially as a nation. We all must contribute to help turn things around.

There are several politicians and a lot of voters who believe that a flat tax could help our national budget come down greatly. There are too many of the influencing Congress members to allow the tax loop holes to exist. They do not want to cut out all the loop holes they had set forth for themselves and all the major industries. Most of these congress members have been getting paid by the lobbyist for many years. They are deep in the pockets of the Industrialist.

If our federal taxes was paid as a flat tax at the amount of 7%, it would generate enough money to get us out of debt. It would also close all of the loop holes for corporations paying their federal taxes.  For example, why should I pay 13% of all of the money that I make, when the Industrialist pays 3 to 7%? Exxon in the fall of 2007, profited 14 Billion dollars for that one quarter alone. Now keep in mind taxes, research, and all other expenses have been paid. If Exxon made that in one quarter when gas prices were high, then roughly Exxon makes at least 8 Billion dollars per quarter, times that by four quarters, we're looking at 32 Billion dollars a year made by this one company.

#3. No taxing inheritance monies or any inheritance properties

The people whom have passed and had left money or properties have paid taxes and interest on everything they have all of their life. Therefore, the government and the investors have obtained their money. If inheritance is a gift, it should not be taxed. In some states, they take up to 50% in taxes, on inheritance. The estate tax offers a tax-free allowance up to a certain limit, which changes frequently. For example, you may get to keep the first $1 million of an estate without paying any taxes. After that threshold, the tax rate is generally high --- somewhere between 45 and 50 percent. Other states claim that if there is not a will, your next of kin does not get you inheritance. It happened to Prince's sister.

#4. Taxing Retirement

No taxing any retirement under $3,000 per month. This does not apply to the income that individuals get who have a job, be it part time or full time.

The state government has already claimed their interest off of the money throughout the years of our employment.  The average retirement check is well below the poverty level. To pay taxes on what little people get from social security, it makes it even harder to live. The poverty level is about $2,000.00 a month. Most people that are retired get a lot less than $2,000.00 a month. The government have been collecting interest and they have been paying taxes on their retirement fund for 20 years. The government made their money off of the retirement money already.

Remember, there are many of these old laws that need to be removed from the books because technically speaking they still can be enforced.

#6. White Collar Crimes

Stronger punishment for all white collar crimes.

For example:

#1. The committees that are in charge of dispensing the state lotto funds are reasonable for the profits to go straight to the schools of that state and is reasonable for an even disputation of the money to each school. If this was done, then the teachers would be getting a good wage and school supplies would never be low. If the Lotto over sight committee is not doing this because then they need to speak up for the people and then they should report it some state law enforcement office.

#2. It is a criminal act for congressmen to add or change terms and issues that are in Bills that are finish or close to being finished when the rest of congress is officially out on break.

#3. Any Over Sight Committee or board who lets the party or political office whom they are over seeing get away with illegal activity.

#4. Any committee, board or politician in any city, county or state cannot override the people's vote on any issue - should be considered a crime.

If the state does not enforce the law, then they should report it to the F.B.I.

#7. Personal credit report and a person's job

Employers should not be able to check an individual's credit report, or any personal part of your life unless an integral part of the job. Two examples of exceptions would include: the job is related to a security or financial occupation

A fair amount of employers want to examine your credit history before offering you a position or a promotion. Many Americans these days are discovering the catch-22 of unemployment. And that is: You might fall behind on your bills because you've lost your job, and you might not be able to land a new job because you've fallen behind on your bills.

The causes of having poor credit can be due to many different things that are not under the individuals control like, repossessions, collections, high credit card balances, getting sick or having a illness in the family, most people from the middle class and lower live from day to day and missing a pay check or having auto repairs could start a person in getting bad credit. If you are trying to move to a better paying job then it could cost you the job you want. For example, applicants for Transportation Security Administration airport screener jobs are rejected if they have more than $5,000 in overdue debt.

Plenty of people don't think that's fair, including Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., and 26 of his congressional colleagues, who on July 9 introduced H.R. 3149, which would prohibit the use of credit information in most employment decisions. Two states, Hawaii and Washington, already do so.

# 8. Feeding the hungry

We need to feed the poor with food from restaurants, army mess halls, banquets, and any other major location with an abundance of extra food that is considered as 'left over'. Any food that is given to a charity for distribution cannot be sued for food poisoning, along with the provider of the food. This must be in accordance with proper food storage procedures to prevent the growth of bacteria. If not, the food must be rendered not edible. The food must be served that evening or refrigerated properly for the next day. If not consumed the next day, then the food must be discarded.

#9. Rescuing explorers and causing accidents

To help cut down expenses due to civil expenditures the city, county or state should charge any individual for their thoughtless, careless and non-caring ways that lead to any accident.

If you should get in an accident and it is your fault, then you should pay for the police and paramedics that arrive on the scene. If you get lost or in any trouble, while you are driving a car, start a house fire, hiking, camping or during any sport on in your city, county or state then you should pay for the rescue or assistance that comes to your aid. you should be billed for their expense to come out and assist you, rather than the public paying for your mistakes or accidents.

You cannot blame an individual that comes from a 3rd World Country for wanting to improve their life. It is only human nature. I feel that the Employers of these illegal aliens need to be charged just like any other criminal. I feel that the three strikes policy should apply to them as well as any other criminal.

The three strikes should consist of: 1st offense being a fine which is 4 times more than the existing fine for illegal each individual found at the company.

2nd offense should consist of the fines being 10 times of the existing illegal each individual and the closing of the business for 30 days.

3rd offense should consist of 10 times the current fine for each illegal individual found and the loss of all business permits and licenses for at least a year.

The owners of these companies that have managers who are encouraging and hiring one race, should automatically fire the managers for being prejudiced in their employment procedures which could lead to a lawsuit. There are plenty of students and parents looking for work as an additional income and other legal aliens who cannot find a job at these establishments just because they cannot speak the language or not the right color for the job.
